Harry has been fantastic. We moved from a large agency as we wanted a more personal service. Harry at Capital Rooms has been everything we wanted and more. Not only do we (landlords) think he is great, but so do our tenants. Harry negotiated a very significant rent rise and on the same day I received an email from our tenant saying that they were happy to accept the rent raise because they much preferred working with Capital Rooms than our previous large agency. I can not recommend Harry and Capital Rooms enough.

  I highly recommend capital rooms as a company for renting in London. Having rented with a number of different companies and directly through agents in the past, I’ve gone through many of the common issues with renting and had accepted that it’s just the way the industry works. However, living in a Capital Rooms run property has completely changed my opinion and set the standard of exactly how simple it should be for renters. The rent is very fair in comparison to other properties in the area. Harry in Particular was brilliant with any problems with the house, often knowing what the issue was or what was causing it through email or a quick call. They would also organise one of their contractors to come round as soon as possible if required, often at times that suited our availability and all housemates were kept in the loop in regards to the time and date they’d be coming. The contractors themselves are always on time, explain what’s caused issues and how they can be prevented in the future. Nothing was ever too much for Capital rooms, including organising a gardener and a professional cleaner to visit fortnightly completely free of charge. Living in one of their properties took the hassle out of living in London and I always had the piece of mind that they genuinely cared for their tenants.  

  Capital rooms was great at finding me quick accommodation, at an affordable price that is comfy and pleasant! Harry was so helpful with sorting everything out so quickly, very friendly, straight to the point and caters to your needs.   I definitely recommend Capital Rooms for renting a flat in London. I currently reside in one of the properties managed by them and so far they have been very fast at solving problems.
